Green Eats is all about dining on a variety of nutritious whole foods crafted into creatively satisfying meals. We strive to source sustainable and organic ingredients that are minimally processed  and we avoid cooking with foods that commonly cause digestive discomfort such as heavy oils and excessive amounts of gluten. Our food philosophy is not about calorie counting or restriction of “bad foods.” We promote balance because we believe that health and wellness are achieved through mindful eating. We encourage you to focus on indulging in foods that give back to your body, and at Plant Altar those foods always taste good.
